We use Fastway Couriers and An Post to deliver every package:

Shipping costs are €6.50 on orders under €50) and FREE Delivery on orders over €50.

All shipments are fully Track-and-Trace and a signature is required.

* Fastway deliver Mon-Fri, while An Post also deliver on Saturdays in selected urban areas.

Click and Collect also available on orders. Select the Collect in Store option and call into our shop to pick up your order.

Return Policy

We are committed to selling high-quality inkjet and laser toner cartridges with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you receive your delivery please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. Please retain your invoice or delivery note as you may need it in the event of any after-sales queries.

Returning a Faulty Item

If an item fails to operate within 30 days of purchase simply contact us as detailed above. We’ll give you a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned to us and tested.

Returning Non Faulty Items

If you wish to return an item which is not faulty, e.g. you have ordered the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase as detailed above. All non-faulty items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We’ll exchange the item or give you a refund by placing a credit on your account. Please note, all such returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately giving details of the damage incurred to the parcel. It may help to take a digital photo if this is possible. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
